If I could have added more verses, they would have been every instance across the Bible where the Shema comes up, including within the teachings of Jesus on the greatest commandment(s) and the expansion of the Shema given by Paul in 1 Corinthians.
Like all memes, this is meant to get the mind juices going by way of jest. I encourage you not to be afraid of a word like “theonomy.”
